30 Minute Consultation

30 Minute Consultation

I believe in empowering individuals to embrace their unique style and body with a compassionate, trauma-informed, and anti-diet culture approach. My services are designed to help you rediscover your confidence, simplify your wardrobe, and align your personal style with your authentic self. I specialize in working with individuals navigating disordered eating, body dysmorphia, and the journey toward cultivating strong self-worth.

Why Work With Me?

I am a body relationship coach with a diploma in fashion design and a degree in fashion communications, and 15 years of experience in the fashion industry. In 2022, I became a licensed body image workshop facilitator. My experience includes working with organizations like Dress For Success and The Looking Glass Foundation, where I’ve helped women from diverse backgrounds embrace the principles of body liberation and build self-worth.

Beyond coaching, I work as a professional wardrobe organizer, creating beautiful and functional reach-in and walk-in closets. My approach not only transforms physical spaces but also helps you save time, energy, and money on your wardrobe by fostering intentionality and joy in how you dress.

My Approach

I prioritize inclusivity and empowerment in every interaction. My trauma-informed approach ensures that all services are delivered with care, sensitivity, and a deep respect for your lived experiences. By rejecting traditional beauty and body standards, I create a space where you can freely explore and express your personal style without judgment. My work is rooted in helping clients heal from body shame, embrace self-compassion, and develop a wardrobe that fosters confidence and self-worth.
